Serena worked with her husband Jason to document the work of Ikhwezi, a youth theater troupe comprised of primarily HIV positive youth, who were raising awareness of and advocating for, access to effective HIV treatment and prevention in townships such as Khayelitsha in Cape Town, South Africa.
